AI House Design provides an AI-powered platform for generating interior and exterior design concepts. Users can upload photos of their spaces and receive AI-generated design suggestions. The service is provided "as is" and is intended for inspiration and visualization purposes.

For commercial use, please contact us for licensing options. We do not guarantee that AI-generated designs are suitable for actual construction or renovation without professional consultation.
7. Payment and Subscriptions
Some features may require payment or subscription. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI House Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI-generated designs are for visualization only and should not be used as construction documents without professional review.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI House Design operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
